Jenny D.Brice, MFT, MPH
Psychotherapist | Integrative Public Health Educator| Reiki Practioner | Wisdom Seeker
I believe in the power of personal narratives to radically re-shape one’s life, relationships and experiences. My mission is to elevate and encourage the practice of self-realization through awareness, acceptance, compassion and appreciation; with the knowledge that people are genuinely doing the best they can with the mindsets and resources they have.
I am a clinically trained Psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of Individuals, Couples and Families. I am also a Level II Usui Reiki Practitioner, a thirteen-year Public Health Professional and passionate Wellness Enthusiast. My aim is to support you in vibrating higher in all aspects of your human experience, by helping to improve access and quality of the tools within your reach.
“The job of the therapist is to help people acknowledge, experience and bear the reality of life- with all its pleasures and heartbreak. People can never get better without knowing what they know and feeling what they feel”
— Bessel Van Der Kolk, The Body Keeps The Score
